BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (VIDEO GAMES PUBLISHING)
NGG is a leading producer and publisher of online content, specializing in computer games, mobile games, and educational courses. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Video Games Publishing department.
LOCATION:
Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review educational content created by NGG's authors to ensure compliance with NGG's quality standards and policies.
  • Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content, such as plagiarism, misinformation, and offensive material.
  • Provide feedback to authors on how to improve their content and meet NGG's standards.
  • Collaborate with other members of the content moderation team to develop and implement moderation policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in content moderation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably in the video game industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and acquiring video game development studios or IPs.
  • Deep understanding of the video game industry, including market trends, monetization models, and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
