LEGAL ADVISOR (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY)
NGG is a leading producer and publisher of online content, specializing in computer games, mobile games, and educational courses. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Legal Advisor with experience in Intellectual Property.
LOCATION:
Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademarks, with knowledge of European, Chinese, and Russian intellectual property regulations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on intellectual property issues, with a focus on global intellectual property trends and best practices.
  • Draft and review contracts, licenses, and agreements related to intellectual property, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and enforce NGG's intellectual property rights, including identifying and addressing potential infringement in various jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with other members of the legal team, as well as with NGG's business units, to ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations across different regions.
  • Stay up-to-date on developments in intellectual property law globally and advise NGG's leadership team accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in law or related field, with a focus on intellectual property.
  • 3+ years of experience in intellectual property law, preferably in the video game or educational content industries.
  • Strong understanding of copyright and trademark law, with knowledge of European, Chinese, and Russian intellectual property regulations.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing contracts, licenses, and agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
